Hi - I am having practically the same issue as you. I use my Mac Mini as the server base and my drives are on a Synology 8bay diskstation connected by wifi, and I use apple tv and my browser mainly for playback. I have friends who share my library too so they are ultimately affected as well. Plex keeps going down and the app seems to be frozen or offline… I end up Force-quitting Plex and re-opening it where it seems to work fine.
Only, today the dashboard won’t appear and it seems to not be working for anyone else either but I’ve kept all the conditions exactly the same. Not sure what I am doing wrong now but it’s torture…
