Plex completely stopped working. help!

PLEASE HELP! My Plex server is completely not working. Everything is the same and should be working fine but I don’t know why this is happening. My dashboard just shows me the same “there was an expected error page”, I (or any of my friends) can’t access any content anymore. I’ve restarted the server, my mac mini, the wifi, re-installed Plex even - and it is still not working. Apple TV and browser have not been working, but for some of my shared users they were able to access it from a Roku… Is this a device issue?..

I’m attaching my logs and database - can anyone please please please let me know what I need to do? What have I done wrong in the last week?

UPDATE: After hours of trying everything I could think of, I discovered that the dashboard is not working but when you go to TV SHOWS or Movies, you can still see the content. For TV shows (ALL/RECENTLY ADDED shows) and for Movies (only the ALL shows). What is the cause of this dashboard issue? Unfortunately nothing appears when you SEARCH for something. Tried to play and it was thankfully working (from an apple tv and Ps4). Anyone experience this or have a fix? Could it be that PLEX MEDIA SERVER needs a general update?

The logs indicate that your database has become corrupt.

Follow the steps on this page: https://support.plex.tv/articles/201100678-repair-a-corrupt-database/ to attempt a repair on it.

All the instructions are pretty well laid out but if there is something you’re unsure of just ask.

Thanks Dr! I will make an attempt to do this (waiting for my more capable tech-savvy friend to head over and give me a hand). Any idea on where it went wrong or anything I can do to prevent it? Could it be my hard disks?..

Also, am I right in just deleting the database file while the server is not running? Or do I have to follow the steps below under “mac”?
