Server goes unavailable

Hi there,

I’m using Plex server under Windows 10. The server randomly goes unavailable from outside home. I just can’t figure why. I know the pc runs because I still can reach my Domoticz server on it. I’ve already faced this problem. When I came home again Plex suddenly go reachable again. The router is well configured. I already did many playbacks from outside home with it. But since sometimes the server goes unavailable without reason.

Sorry for poor details, I’m really helpless and would gladly become support.

same thing happened to me on 05/22… power cycle the modem and it all worked again for me

Now it’s back again! Pictures upload started on it’s own again! I’m exactly at the same place as yesterday. Didn’t come home or do anything.

Can someone help? I believe it’s going back unavailable again soon.

Ohhhhh I think I got the problem. I’m currently testing the photo upload for the first time. I have plenty to upload. I had to pause the upload right now. Since now server is unavailable…

Is it a known problem?

More details now. If any internet connection is broken while uploading photos, the server gets locked or something like that and won’t respond anymore then.

I truly think it’s a bug now.
