Server is suddenly unavailable

I have Plex 1.00.2261 running on an Ubuntu server and am suddenly not able to access it, or to access it only sporadically. Devices on the same subnet (iPad, Roku) complain that the server is offline or unavailable. I have signed out all devices (including on the server) and re-logged in, with no change. Sometimes the server will reappear - usually when I run sudo service plexmediaserver restart. If I log in to the server directly via :32400/web, then click on its name on the top left, the word “remote” appears under the server’s name.

I have disabled remote access for troubleshooting and it doesn’t seem to make a difference.

Could you please share logs from your server are you using dual interface? (does your server use more than one network interface across more than one subnett?) Which firewall are you using on ubuntu?

Hi, I’m running Plex Version 1.0.0.2261 on windows 10 pro. Server just shows “The server is unavailable Plex will automatically try to reconnect to this server”. This happens anytime but frequently and is most frustrating. I have included my logs incase you could point out what the problem is. Thanks
