Server Version#: 1.22.2.4282 & many versions before
Hi, for over 12 months my plex server has been turning itself off randomly every few days. I assume it is crashing but I can’t figure out why. It usually happens when idle (last night 2:18am was the last time) - I can’t remember it crashing during playback.
I’ve kept my plex server up to date over that time. There wasn’t any major changes I made to my computer when it started crashing.
I have attached my logs. I’ve read for hours on these Plex forums and elsewhere to try and figure out why it is crashing but can’t find anything in the logs to point me in the direction of where I should be investigating.
Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you in advance.
If I can’t find the problem I’d be happy with a script that checks every few hours to see if plex is running, and if not, to start it - does anyone have any good examples for MacOS? I have found some Windows & Linux equivalent scripts.
