Server HDD died, now this a mess

I had my Plex Server drive C die on my. I never lost my server data. I just lost log files, database, metadata an user profiles. I put in a new SSD installed windows installed the server software set it back up as it was before but i am have issues:

  1. Continued watching only likes 1 or two, or it will just replace one with an other. i have the setting set for 15 in total.

  2. Recently added for either tv or movies, its shows the list but there is 4 or 5 shows or movies at the 1st of the list that never change or move. They are listed as just added a few seconds ago even though its been a few days since i set it back up.

Things i tried:

Uninstall server installed beta –> no change|
Uninstalled windows player reinstalled it –> no change
Tried web player –> no change

Any idea what i messed up? Thanks.
