so, my main pc hdd died with all my setting and data, i’ve reinstalled everything along with plex and signed in but the server doesn’t show as a serve with missing ADD and settings.i’m on windows and nothing is working but was before i change my windows drive
Make sure you complete the server setup by opening the web version using its local IP address:
The setup wizard will let you name your server and link it to your Plex account (simply signing into Plex for Windows won’t do that on its own). Once you’ve linked the server to your account you can also access it from all other clients.

If you had restored some of the old data (e.g. Windows user app-data folder), there might still be some remnants of the old server. In that case make sure to use the same Plex account or do a full server uninstall before starting over.
