Server is dead, unable to connect securely, etc

A few days ago I tried migrating my server from macOS to Ubuntu. In the processes I goofed things up, so I attempted to start fresh. Ever since, I’ve had issues connecting to my server. I’m getting, “app.plex.tv is unable to connect to [redacted] securely” on the web player, and my devices just won’t load anything. I’m able to connect on the server itself using localhost:32400/web.

Help would be appreciated. I’m happy to provide logs, but I have no clue which files are the relevant ones in the output.

Are you seeing anything in the log like “Sqlite3: Sleeping for 200ms to retry busy DB.”?
