Plex Media Server installed, but no way to add server. Keeps asking me to download Plex Media Server

I’m trying to add my files back to plex.
When clicking on “Your Media” it keeps telling me to “Get Plex Media Server”.
Now I have tried redownloading both versions (with and without “plex pass downloads”, whatever that is). I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, shut off, restarted, and still, it keeps telling me to download the Plex Media Server. I’ve also tried downloading the Plex app.
I am on Windows 10, I’m updated, no VPN.
There seems to be some kind of disconnect between the media server and the web app.
I’m always opening the web app by clicking the icon in the system tray.
I’ve also tried just going straight to plex.tv

Any idea what I need to do to get this bad boy up and running again?
