Server keeps switching to indirect connection

every since l upgraded to the above version lve been experiencing issues, my connection keeps on switching to indirect and the remote settings keep on telling me that my server isnt accessible outside my network (well the one the server is hosted on), restarting generally allows me to get back in and disable and enable the remote settings and get access back but the issue seems to return every 24h since l updated.

(l should note that when l updated l did start getting bind address errors which the host resolved, but its kind of getting frustrating that what seems every 24h that the remote access settings seem to fail requiring restarts).

Are you using a manual port forwarding?
You should, because what you describe sounds like the router is removing an automatically created port forwarding after a few hours.
This doesn’t happen with manual port forwardings.

Since downgrading to the previous version i’ve stopped getting error 13 (which last night started to happen on every single file) and so far I haven’t had remote access issues… all issues started after updating to the latest version.

Should have nothing to do with version. This is a file access error code.

l guess everywhere l looked ppl suggested network errors, either way since downgrading to the previous version l have no issues whatsoever… remote access isnt being lost and requiring a restart to restore (for short periods) and no more error 13 issues.

I would love to see the DEBUG logs of that to know where it was coming from.
Should it happen again, please be sure to capture and upload for me to see so I can get it resolved.

l’ll keep this thread bookmarked, though l should have grabbed the logs at the time rather than just look for fixes.

l can confirm though that l was chatting to someone on the discord of the plex hosting service l use who had exactly the same issue with the current stable previously mentioned) its also worth mentioning said person is on a different server as well and that both of us resolved the issue by downgrading to 1.18.5.2309
