Hi there,
I run a cloud Linux server and seem to have issues with some files that simply won’t play on my 2018 Samsung TV. I suspect the issue is related to the audio format (EAC) but thought Plex was supposed to convert it so the file would play anyways, but maybe I’m wrong. Where do I go to see the logs and confirm what is the cause of the files not playing, please?
