When you selected the option to sign out all devices while changing your password, this included your server. As a consequence it’s no longer associated with your account.
There’s basically two procedures:
Manually claiming your server:
- open http://127.0.0.1:32400 in a browser on the machine hosting the server
- Alternatively, you can select the
Open Plexcommand from the PMS icon in the Windows system tray
- Alternatively, you can select the
- Navigate to
Settings>[Server Name]>General - Click the
Claim/Sign inbutton at the center of that settings page
