Server Migration - Duplication Problem

Server Version#: 1.19.4.2902

Just migrated my PMS to a new PC following the instructions listed here:
support.plex.tv/articles/201370363-move-an-install-to-another-system/

The libraries are all up and running, all metadata, watched/unwatched status, etc copied over just fine. Remote users have access to all libraries. There seems however to be one odd occurrence:

From within PMS, if I click the “More” link at the bottom of the main side bar I see this:

https://imgur.com/a/7Zz45Iw

It’s an entry with the same server name as my current (and previous) server. Clicking on it gives me the “Feynman is currently unavailable.”

Can I remove this server entry? If so, how?

Should I simply start the migration process all over again?

Logs are attached. For your reference, just before pulling the logs I clicked “retry connection” on that ghost server.

Thank you for your time.

You should be able to remove the old record from here:
https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/devices/pms

Just be careful not to accidentally delete your new server…

Thank you for your suggestion. For whatever reason it did not solve the issue in my case. I uninstalled PMS, cleaned up left behind files and the registry, reinstalled, copied over the appropriate legacy files and everything is now working fine. I’m sure the first time around I skipped a step, or did something in the wrong sequence.
