Issues with removing previous claimed PMS after migrating to new server

Hi all! I just migrated to a new Mac Mini M4 Pro a few days ago but am having an issue with the previous server showing up in my servers list. I made sure to log out of all my devices and remove the previous server in settings (both in the server list and under devices) but it still shows up as a duplicate in my list of servers to pick from.

I read through some Reddit posts and it said to post here to have a Plex employee remove the previous phantom server off my account if the usual troubleshooting steps don’t work so wondering if I could have this happen? Thank you so much!

Server Version#: 1.41.2.9200 (latest PMS beta)
Player Version#: 8.42 (latest iOS)

Unused servers vanish by themselves after a few weeks.
