Server Not Found

I just reconnected my hard drive with my plex media on it after a road trip. However, after launching PMS, my plex app says it can’t find the server on any platform (computer, tv, etc). The article on finding your PMS says to log off and log back in at http://127.0.0.1:32400/web, but that link just goes to app.plex.tv on my computer.

I then updated from 1.14 to 1.15 but the problem persists. How do I get my server back? Thanks
