Server offline

My server is showing all my libraries, the Rasplex was working but now can’t see my libraries. The app is not showing any libraries and shows the server offline. I have rebooted all devices. How do I get access back to my libraries form Rasplex and the Android App. The plug in for my smart TV is also tell me the server is offline.
