Server on QNAP "crashing" multiple times a week?

I have no clue what the issue is. I’ll be watching a show and then it pops up…

What do I do? :confused: Restarting the NAS (a QNAP TS 451+) fixes it but it’s happening randomly multiple times a week at this point. I’ve restarted my router and my modem but the server is local. The router is only nine months old (it’s the RT-AX58U). I’m up-to-date on both the server and Plex for updates and yeah.

Any thoughts? Once plex says it’s down I can still access any files via Windows without issue. I posted this question to the forums 5 days ago and got no responses :confused:

Please post logs here (which you downloaded after it crashed).

We don’t really support out on Reddit. We have a lot more resources here at our disposal than over there so prefer to support issues here where everyone knows to look.
