Server seems to diconnect cant find anything in the logs

Server Version#: 1.13.5.5291
Player Version#: apple TV, iOS and various others

I was running Plex on very old Dell T110 server for years with no issues. and multi streams As of two weeks ago i got a dell T30 server which although not powerful it has a higher passmark score than the old server. I moved my entire setup to docker, but its running horrible. it seems to just constantly crash while transcoding. Its making no crash logs and i don’t see anything in the log, but its constantly telling me even with one stream playing that the server or network is not fast enough even though i have gigabit and tautulli shows my streams as throttled, which i understand should be good news. Any help would be appreciated i honestly dont know what to do other than transfer everything back to the old server.

so i tried to optimize my media overnight for my AppleTV and it plays without transconding, but im still getting studdering and plex crashes. I did a speed test from my appletv and its getting 250/250 which is more than enough. im going to try to test play some stuff on my pc and see what results i get.

Doesn’t seem like i am going to get a response, but ill keep trying. I went from centos/docker to centos/baremetal install out of frustration i switched to ubuntu/docker, but performance is still garbage. the server keeps failing and i dont see anything in the logs. I thought maybe theres something bad in my plex config so I deleted it and i am rebuilding from scratch. the resources on the box arent being used up, but performance is still bad. I am going to give it the night to make sure metadata loads, but i can seem to load anything as of yet on any device. I been keeping a eye on my NAS and my network and neither are being taxed. Ill include my current logs and will update in the morning if the server is up and i can play anything.Plex Media Server Logs_2018-09-03_21-28-51.zip (4.7 MB)

So it looks like the issue might be NFS mounts for the /config directory. I rsynced everything local and it seem to be behaving better. i did some googling and theres some tags i may be able to add to nfs to get to work better, but for now i think moving config local seems to have worked. Once i can stream some files i will update in case anyone has a similar issue.
