Server Settings are unavailable since last 2 updates

I am unable to fix this, but the Remote Access has a red circle with and “!” In it. Also the server servings are unavailable with a triangle next to General.
I’ve tried steps posted in this forum (editing files( but nothing works.

I already have tried that. The Preferences.xml file was the file I mentioned I already have edited.
It tells me there is an unclaimed server, and even when I go to the local version of the Plex web app, it still has issues.

What FreeBSD (OS) version are you using?

tl;dr is that the minimum supported version is 11.2.

Well, I upgraded and still have the same issue. Here is the OS version #

This is xigmanas not vanilla FreeBSD or FreeNAS, what version is the host based on?

I’m not sure how jails are managed there, maybe that a version they build themselves :thinking: but assuming its a regular freebsd jail, what is the output of:

sockstat -l4 inside the jail?

I gave up and made a new jail. installed plexmedia server, but now have issues with the MovieDB and the TVDB.
