Server Settings Are Unavailable

When trying to access settings on my Windows 10 based server, I continually receive a “Server Settings Are Unavailable” message, and for the life of me, cannot solve it.

Yeah, I have, unfortunately it didn’t fix the issue.

After a few hours of messing around, I seemed to have regained access, but can’t replicate how I did so. That said, thanks for the help.
