Server Settings in iOS Browser Still Does Not Work

Server Version#: 1.21.4.4079
Player Version#: Latest version of Chrome for iOS and/or Safari, player is not relevant.

After 4 years of this being reported, the server settings STILL cannot be modified in a mobile device OS browser like iPad. I am trying to change a setting on my server and yet none of the buttons or check boxes work on the settings site. Any chance this will EVER be fixed EVER?
