Server Settings Unavailable

Hello Despite being a novice and having problems at the start I’ve been running PMS for a week or 2 without any problems I haven’t upgraded PMS or changed anything recently but all of a sudden I started getting “Server Settings Unavailable” issue

I have a Synology Nas which it recognizes in my devices and it also plays songs and can be updated by doing a a library scan through an iOS device but Server settings are unavailable as are remote access and libraries I also cannot access the logs this is the same on my mac and all my iOS devices

The only thing i have done recently is restart my mac as there was A issue with it, could this have changed the settings ?

I am not sure what plex server version I have and my my Mac is running Mojave 10.14.6**
