Hello,
I was hoping an employee or Ninja could help me out with my issue? So my server looks normal, everything is displaying normally, you can click on the content and see the details (movies, tv shows etc…) but when you actually go to click on something to watch it gets hung up and times out… I tried restarting plex server app, restarting and completely shutting down my computer but nothing worked… Also, on one occasion when I restarted the computer when I logged back in and the plex server app was un-installed on its own… I did a deep virus scan and nothing turns up… I have logs if someone needs them to take a look at? Thank you either way for this community and the option to at least talk to someone about issues.
