Been running a plex server now for over a decade, and recently discovered that I have a number of empty music playlists showing up. However, if I open plex amp on my Windows client, those same playlist still appear to have full song lists in my downloaded section and I am able to play the files. I read about trying to do a DB restore to get the playlists back, but given I am not sure when this serverside corruption happened (due to still being able to play them on my local device), I have no idea how far back I would have to go.
I recently got a new phone, and the issue is I no longer have access to any of these playlists because they appear empty. Is there a process to someone take the plexamp playlist and either export a file list and import it back to the server, or force a reverse sync to populate the empty server playlist with the full client side playlist? I would appreciate any suggestions, thank you.
