Just noticed movies not playing… getting the “playback error” … also noticed that “Recently Added Movies” are not showing on home page… in the movies “recommended” shows “something went wrong” showing nothing… In my “Collections” all collections are there but if I open one up there are not titles there… In Library all the titles are there but will not play… the files are all there and I can play manually with other apps… TV, Videos and Music all working fine… Just Movies and videos… also, if I search for a movie or load and movie and scan… not recognizing anything in movies… Is something going on with Plex or just me? Would appreciate any help or comments… Thanks, Steve
correction… the videos will not play either … “Playback Error”
same problem here after updating my server. i run it on a synology 1019+
are your “recently added movies” missing from the home page too?
also in the movies library … is the “recommended” option not opening?
movies, tv shows, no files on my nas can be accessed from any devices on or off home network through plex. acts like it isnt there
Please do keep me updated and I will do the same…
my nas had its ip switched to a public one instead of an internal one. that was my solution, changing the nas back to an internal ip
