Player Version#:various latest Roku
I’m running a qnap ts251 as server, all streams perfectly to roku stick etc. Recently converted iTunes movies using Tuneskit drm removal, mp4 1080p and ac3 dd. I’d expect Roku play this without transcoding, but all iTunes movies buffer and give server not powerful enough. But Blu-ray rips work fine.
If I turn off Dolby digital and switch to 720p it works fine. Any suggestions? All clients playing 1080p ac3 have the same issue.
Network should be fast enough, using power line and gigabit adapters. Roku is WiFi only but rasplex is wired.
How do I go about debugging ?
