Server unavailable for kids profile on Roku

I have a second plex Home profile for my kids that cant access our server. The player is a Roku 3900X on the same local network as the server. If I am on the main profile, everything is available, but the kids profile shows server unavailable.

I have allowed access to the libraries in the Plex Home settings. Using the Plex Web player on the server machine, I can access all media through the kids profile. Is there a setting or permission I’m missing?
