Managed user unable to access server on Roku

I have a managed user that is unable to access my Plex server only one of my Roku TVs. It constantly shows the server as unavailable for some reason.

It works fine on Plex Web and is able to connect and play all media.

The admin user on the same Roku is able to connect and play media just fine.

I’ve tried logging out and re-logging in, deleting the Plex app on the Roku and re-installing, created a new managed user with no restrictions, but nothing works.

Any ideas?
