Both server and plex for roku need to be linked to the same plex.tv account
Open Plex Web app and make sure your server is claimed and shows as signed in within settings / server / general
Then when this is done, on the plex for roku app set the account to be the same - this is done through linking the two through a 4 digit pin that will get displayed by the app on the roku
