Server unavailable only on PS4?

Hey,

I juste started working on making my Plex working on PS4 but I’m losing patience here. After hours of fiddling I’m still greeted by the same message when I open the app" The server is unavailable".
I’ve checked everything, my computer’s IP is static, I’ve opened the port on my router, the Remote access thing is working, the server is perfectly accessible on my phone and tablet both on the same network and on 4g.

I’ve also tried to setup the Google DNS on the console but agin nothing works. Is the platform abandonned or is there a trick I don’t know about yet?

Same for me. Current PS4 version of plex seems to be unable to connect to new version of plex server.
Any solutions guys?

It’s now January, and I am getting the same error on my PS4. I brought it with me on a trip for that reason. Have either found a resolution to this?

Yep, same here. This is beyond annoying.

Just updated the Plex Media Server on my Windows, since then the PS4 app shows me “The Server * is unavailable.” I reinstalled the media server on the windows, reinstalled the app on PS4, logged out and in several times, but nothing. No network modification were made, only a simple server update to a newer version. I can link my PS4 app to the server, but it shows that the server is unavailable.
Any ideas?
