Server Unavailable / Secure Connection Issue

I made a post about this a few days ago but it might have been too long or in the wrong category because i didn’t get any replies. Ill try to keep this one short but i can provide more info if requested.

Basically, i run a server on Nvidia Shield and its constantly disconnecting saying either “server unavailable” or “unable to connect securely.” This can happen anywhere from a few times /day to 12 times /hour. It occurs on the server, local clients, and remote clients.

I don’t know if i need new certificates or different network settings but im at a complete loss for how to solve this issue. I would really appreciate some help/guidance and I can provide more info if necessary. Thank you for your time.

I’m having the same issue. Hadn’t used my nvidea shield in a while and I cannot get it to work the way it used to. Logging in via the web, I get:

app.plex.tv is unable to connect to “SHIELD Android TV” securely

Its “Secure connections” setting may be set to disabled, or you may need to adjust some settings on your network. You can learn more about secure connections here.

Yup, thats exactly what i get. Thanks for the reply hopefully this post gets a little more attention than my last.
