Can't access my server from anywhere that isn't the Nvidia Shield

I can’t seem to randomly access my server anymore from anywhere inside my network and outside, as it seems that anywhere that isn’t my shield gives me the “Unable to connect to “SHIELD Android TV” securely.” and the

" app.plex.tv is unable to connect to “SHIELD Android TV” securely

How can I solve this? What’s going on?

EDIT:Looking around in the internet, it seems like resetting the server certificate fixes this, how does one do that if the server isn’t available anywhere to fiddle with the settings?
