Server-windows, want to fully remove 2 tuners

I have 2 tuners installed in the server, they are both connected to the same antenna, but when I delete/rediscover, they both come back with the same channel lineups, which is not necessarily accurate.
How do I well and properly nuke these 2 tuners so I might rediscover them from scratch, and rescan the channel lineup and have an accurate channel list?
