How do I remove old tuners from Plex Database

When my Plex server starts up I am seeing references to old tuners that are no longer connected to my Plex Server. Plex Is trying to connect to them. How do I remove these references?

They are not listed in the LiveTV&DVR settings? ( Under Manage towards the bottom of server settings)
