Server won't register that it has been upgraded

Server Version#:1.18.0.1846

After upgrading to v1.18.0.1846, I am still told that an upgrade is available and that I should update. Re-installing the update does not change anything. Rebooting multiple times changes nothing, and stopping/restarting the service does nothing. The banner message that an update is available is still there.

There’s a problem with the next release, 1892, and it has been withdrawn.

Everything should clean up when a fix is available and posted.
