Server wont start after a reboot

Server Version#:v.1.41.0.8992-8463ad060
Player Version#:
<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>
The enable logs option does not exist in the current web interface. Forum topic is very out of date

You can only download logs from the web interface, while your server is running (and you’re signed in). The server logs support article also highlights how to obtain the logs from the file system if needed.

As for your issue… is this solely about the server not automatically starting after a reboot or the server not starting at all?

Thanks for clarification on getting logs, it makes sense I could not find it since the server was stopped at that point.
It does not restart after a system reboot. I have to start it manually.
This seemed to happen after the last server update.

Logs are attached.

Looks like you have network connectivity issues:

Sep 18, 2024 09:02:37.553 [16032] WARN - [HttpClient/HCl#1b6] HTTP error requesting POST https://plex.tv/servers.xml?auth_token=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (6, Couldn't resolve host name) (Could not resolve host: plex.tv)

I just tried again after verifying network connection. I had internet connectivity, rebooted the machine and when it came back the server was not running. During this time I verified connectivity to plex.tv
I had to manually start the server to get it back.
New logs are attached.

I‘m wondering, could you verify if the server is still configured to run at login? If the option is checked (but apparently not working)… could you uncheck it and re-activate it?

PMS Windows system tray

Can you tell me where to find this menu?

When the server is running, you should see the Plex icon in the Windows system tray. This is the context menu you’ll see if you click on that item.

Success - that fixed it thanks.
I wonder if that check box git changed after the last server update, I don’t think I would have changed it.
I will close the topic now.
Thanks again.
