Server won't update automatically using apt-get command

Server Version#: 1.15.3.858

I followed the article at: https://support.plex.tv/articles/235974187-enable-repository-updating-for-supported-linux-server-distributions/ but it simply doesn’t work. Whenever a new plex media server update releases, I have to manually wget it and then run sudo dpkg -i to update the server. It’s annoying to do so and IMO, there should be an option to auto update or at least update from webinterface directly like tautulli.

This has been answered many many times. Please just search the forums and you can find the answer.

I know and I read the replied but the mods just say it will be ready to switch over/updated “soon”. How much is the so called “soon” though. I’n not being an a** or something. Just want to know an ETA.

Plex doesn’t post ETAs generally. Watch the forums, I’m sure it will be announced when the packages are ready.
