I’d like to see an explicit option to prefer an optimized version, and to choose either highest, lowest, or median optimized version if there are multiples.
Right now the best I can get is to optimize to a specific bitrate and then limit streaming to something just slightly higher and hope that it selects it instead of transcoding.
