I am a new Plex user and trying to get Plex TV up and running. However, the “SET UP PLEX-DVR BUTTON” is missing from the user interface. I do have a Plex Pass and running the most current Mac version of the software.
What type of tuner are you using…

What web browser are you using? Any extensions running that might prevent stuff like javascript from running?
I am using Chrome and not aware of anything preventing js from running
I also tried it on IE and Safari - same results
does the HD HomeRun work with the software that came with it?
and are they on the same subnet?
Yes, the HD HomeRun works fine - I am using the Channels App for the time being. I am not sure what you mean by the “same subnet”? I am running to routers (Pace 5268ac and NetGear 1900) with the Pace in bridge mode.
Something that was a little odd about the HD HomeRun setup is that the default “my.hdhomerun.com” setup does not work. I have to use the IP address. Perhaps that is a clue???

the button should be there regardless if the HDHR can be found or not. Are there any errors showing i the chrome console log?

I take that back… there are quite a few errors in the log. Are you looking for something specific?
