Setting up a Music Library

I am not a computer tech person, limited knowledge. Have been using plex for my movies and it works great. Trying to set up my music and it will not let me set up a music folder, keeps saying it can not connect to the internet , but it does as all my movies work and stream just fine. This is what I keep getting and it will not set up a Music folder

“This server cannot reach the Internet. Please verify connectivity and try again.”
