I am trying to update my music library and I get this error:
This server cannot reach the Internet. Please verify connectivity and try again.
I have internet connection my server is online and it is just the music that doesn’t want to update.
I have the latest version of plex, I am a plex pass member, and I am using WD My Cloud PR4100.
I really don’t like the fact you cannot contact plex directly about support issues especially when you are a plex pass member as you have spent money for this.
Any suggestions on what to do?
I would appreciate any help?
