Trouble with Add a Library

Every time I try to add a new Music Library, I get nowhere.
Only message is:

This server cannot reach the Internet. Please verify connectivity and try again.

I am connected to the internet and signed into my PlexPlus account, so why is this happening? If I try to add a Movie Library, that’s fine, just not Music Library. Thanks.
