Hey all, I’m stuck. I’ve got the plex service running correctly on my Raspberry Pi, but I cannot get plex to recognize the movies I have on a test flash drive. It’s setup as EXT4 format and Pi is the owner. Sorry if this doesn’t have enough detail, I’m very new to Linux and Pi. What am I missing?
Permissions permissions permissions.
If user pi is the username plex runs as, then user pi must be able to read the whole path, starting at root, down to your media.
