I have just bought the plex pass using to the main admin account tied to my email address. I want to set up an new user with a plex account and have used that method to send an invite and it was accepted. The problem is that my account and email has purchased the plex pass. When the user I have added using the “add existing plex user” tries to sign on via an iPad using their plex username it says that you need to buy a plex pass. The only way to sign in is with the main admin account tied to my email address. I want the new plex account user to come in as the secondary user I have set up. How do I do that? Thanks.
You can invite the other user into your Plex Home.

Be advised though, that you should only do this with users, whom you trust.
Because once they are in your Plex Home, all what keeps them out of your (server admin) level of access is your 4-digit PIN code.

Aren’t Plex Home users restricted to your local network? They cannot access from outside the network?

No, not at all.

Yes, they can if the remote access is activated and working properly.
