Sever 1.5.5 Apple Problems

Since I Updated on Server 1.5.5, on iOS and Apple TV apps all Videos can’t be played anymore. On PC and Samsung all works fine.

Known issue?

I believe there is a problem with DTS audio now needed to be transcoded. Is this because you have a server incapable of transcoding?

I use a Synology NAS…

Best to get logs after ensuring debug logging enabled and restarting the server and reproducing the problem

Have some news here.
Just returned home today and recognized that in LAN everything works fine. The only Problem is the following:
From WAN and on Apple Apps on iOS and Apple TV devices, playback of lots of my movies is impossible. Is could be the audio format, not sure. Are there any settings that could be changed? I think there is a bug, please Plex fix that! As I said, on ios devices in the safari browser it works! Should also not be my problem.

Hi Folks

Could solve the Problem simply.
On the iOS and Apple TV apps: Video Quality remote switched to “original”, that’s it.
As I said, it was only a Problem on the iOS apps!

For the Plex Team: These Quality Settings don’t work with Server 1.5.5! You should fix that.
