I was using plex this morning listening to my music collection and it was working just fine. Then I got an email notifying me that someone had signed in to my plex account in Russia. I immediately reset my password and set up two step verification. As soon as I did this I tried to log back into my account and I was greeted with "The server “Joshua’s Cloud Home” is unreachable. Make sure it’s running, double check your network, and try again. I did everything I could from work but nothing worked. So on my lunch break, I went home and reset my router and WD My Cloud home and rebooted my PC and nothing worked. The last time I encountered something like this I had to remove my server and redownload it but this is not an option. All the work I did setting up my files and getting it back to the way it was will take me days to do. Please someone help me. I will pay someone to fix this issue. This is crazy as at least once a year Plex just stops working.
