Hi, since yesterday afternoon, my account cant reach the plex server, any other of my family members has access, and using a family account in the same devide and network is working but not mine. I’m the owner of the server and has plex pass…
All was working fine till yesterday 
Some updates about the issue.
I’m still having the same problem, and even connecting to the plex server locally (ssh tunnel) with my account the server is not reached, either have the option to claim it.
It seems the Plex API is working for the account because i use Varys (iOS app) and it is working just fine
So strange…
I have other server ( a valid one, from my NAS ), but is actually down, and i’m not using it right now, so i delete it… and nothing changes…
Should be OK now.
Restart your server,
wait a few minutes, then reload/restart your clients
