Several channels missing from guide live tv

several channels are now missing from the grid in live tv. i checked the channel mappings for my tuners and it appears there is no longer a match for those channels from the guide provider. let me know what diagnostic data to send

is this an issue with the guide provider or the PMS version? let me know if any log info is needed

Most likely the guide provider. Your zip/postal code and cable provider would be helpful information to include.

If your missing channels are roughly these:
-Weather Channel
-IFC
-Disney
-Freeform
Then the culprit is Plex EPG munging not Rovi/Tivo EPG guide.

New EPG and release

These problems are at our end in how the data from our provider is processed. The loss of channels is thought to be because those channels did drop out in some regions and that affected other regions. We are changing this process and these changes are at the moment being implemented in the development environment and will be allowed to bed down for a few days to make sure there are no adverse effects before being put into the live service.

These stations started acting wonky in mid-September, then disappeared completely on 10/1. We have been told that Plex EPG processing created the erroneously dropped channels and a fix is coming soon.

These channels were recovered earlier today.
