Channels missing from Comcast Garden State Digital guide channels in channel manager

I am not sure where to report this, so I am starting here in the forums. Some channels are missing from available Comcast Garden State Digital guide channels in channel manager. I am missing the Weather Channel (815), Disney (880) and Freeform (881).

My zip code is 08081. I am running the Windows Plex Server version 1.18.0.1913 with two HDHomeRun PRIME tuners.

Yes, WeatherChannel, IFC, Disney, and FreeForm have been missing from other line-ups too. It’s been reported and commented on here:

These problems are at our end in how the data from our provider is processed. The loss of channels is thought to be because those channels did drop out in some regions and that affected other regions. We are changing this process and these changes are at the moment being implemented in the development environment and will be allowed to bed down for a few days to make sure there are no adverse effects before being put into the live service.

It was first noted on October 1. We were told that Plex is aware of the problem and is working on a fix. It has been almost 2 weeks and these channels have not been restored. We were also told that the new guide would be easier for Plex to update and fix. So far, this has not been the case.

My missing channels came back today (10/15). OP might want to check your channels list and do a guide refresh. I did not have to rescan my channels. The missing channels just reappeared.

I’m still missing the weather channel in the Verizon FiOS Delaware/PA Digital lineup
