Hey all, I tried sharing to a newly invited friend today for the first time using restrictions based first on just labels and second on just content rating. In both cases the libraries (both TV & Movies) show empty on the client end.
I ended up copying the content in question to a new library and shared w/o restrictions and it all appeared shared just fine. Am I missing something here with the restrictions feature? Any pointers on how to troubleshoot further?

Yes, that’s precisely how I attempted to set it up. I applied labels to some TV SHows and Movies, then those applied them to the restrictions in the share. Not sure why the libraries would appear empty on their end.
Only real clue I have is a message they got and relayed to me that “the library is currently empty, the server owner needs to add media or remove any filters that may prevent it from appearing here”. Might that message result from some kind of subtle mis-configuration of my labels/restrictions?

Yep, I see that. Interestingly, I set up the labels and restrictions on the new library and the content still appears. I wonder if there’s just something jacked up with my orig libraries. Not really sure how to troubleshoot that. I guess set up a new user I control and try to access? Is there a way to accurately mimic connecting remotely?
